Handmade vase with a carved illustration of orcas playing amongst bull kelp.

Vases are wheel-thrown and carved by hand, creating a gently textured surface that feels comfortable and grounding to hold. Each carved section is carefully hand-glazed with many individual glaze colours, applied one by one to build a layered, vibrant surface. The detailed glazing process makes every piece completely unique, with subtle variations in colour and pattern that highlight the handmade nature of the piece.

Because each pitcher is made entirely by hand, no two are exactly alike. Subtle variations in carving, form, and rim shape are part of the character of handmade pottery and are embraced as part of the process.
