You can select from my most popular design options and I’ll create one especially for you. I’m also open to custom design work featuring wildlife, pets, plants, fantasy creatures, or cartoons. Please note that all designs are created in my personal art style and are interpreted at my artistic discretion.

This listing is for a PRE-ORDER for one sgraffito mug. Pre-orders and custom designs typically take 2–4 weeks to complete. Please Note: The mugs pictured on this listing are examples only – your mug will be similar but each carved mug is unique and will vary.

Mugs are wheel-thrown and feature a unique design that is carved by hand using the sgraffito technique. The carved lines create a gently textured exterior that feels comfortable and satisfying to hold. Finished with a glossy clear glaze on the outside and a liner glaze inside.

• Wheel-thrown stoneware, fired to cone 6

• Microwave & dishwasher safe (handwashing recommended for longevity)

Because each mug is made entirely by hand, no two are exactly alike. Subtle variations in carving, form, and rim shape are part of the character of handmade pottery and are embraced as part of the process.
